# EasyCoexistence

> EasyCoexistence connects the number a business already uses in the WhatsApp Business app to the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) through Meta's Coexistence feature. The app on the phone keeps working exactly as before, and the same number gains the API. It then monitors the connection 24/7 and flags a drop, such as the 14-day inactivity rule, the moment it happens.

EasyCoexistence is an independent Meta Tech Provider. It is not a Meta product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

## Key facts

- Who it is for: small and medium businesses that want API access (automations, CRMs, n8n, custom code, AI agents) on the number they already use in the app, without migrating the number or losing chat history.
- Price: flat monthly fee per connected number, BRL 29.90 in Brazil and USD 9 elsewhere. First 7 days free. Unlimited numbers per account. Meta's messaging charges are billed by Meta to the customer's own account, never marked up.
- Setup: self-serve through Meta's official Embedded Signup, usually under 2 minutes: log in with Facebook, enter the number, scan a QR code in the app.
- Requirements: WhatsApp Business app version 2.24.17 or later; a number with real, recent conversation activity; not attached to another API provider.
- Coexistence limits (set by Meta): API throughput capped at 20 messages per second; the app must be opened at least every 14 days or Meta can drop the link; about 6 months of chat history can sync; disappearing messages, view-once and live location are turned off in 1:1 chats; broadcast lists become read-only.
- AI agents: a remote MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex send messages, send templates and check number health, one connector for every number on the account.
- Privacy: conversation content is never stored; incoming messages can be routed by Meta straight to the customer's own webhook.
- Languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish.
