What you pay per number

Both charge per number and neither marks up Meta's messaging costs, so this comes down to the figure and what it buys.

360dialog: Three WhatsApp API tiers at €49, €99 and €500 per number per month as of September 2026. There is a plan to choose at signup and a threshold to cross later.

EasyCoexistence: One tier at US$ 9 per connected number per month. Nothing changes at any volume, so an agency's twentieth number costs what its first did and there is no upgrade conversation because there is nothing to upgrade to.

What happens as you add clients

The case where the per number figure stops being a rounding error.

360dialog: At their entry tier, twenty numbers is €980 a month before Meta charges anything. The model is sound; the multiplier is what it is.

EasyCoexistence: Twenty numbers is US$ 180 a month, each connected in its own client's Business Portfolio, each billed on its own line, with no tier reached at any count.

Where conversation content goes

Worth establishing before anything else, because it cannot be changed later.

360dialog: Their pricing page does not describe the message path. That is not evidence either way, and it is the first question to put to them.

EasyCoexistence: Meta delivers message events to a URL you nominate, through an override on our app's subscription to your account. Events for an account with no destination set fall back to our callback, where the handler drops them without persisting.

Coexistence itself

Whether the WhatsApp Business app keeps working on the number after connecting.

360dialog: Their pricing page does not address it. Ask them directly rather than trusting a comparison page, including this one: an undocumented feature is not a missing one.

EasyCoexistence: It is the whole product. The number connects through Meta's own Coexistence flow, the app carries on exactly as before, and each surface sees what the other sends.

When 360dialog is the better choice

One case, and it is a real one.

360dialog: When you are buying a vendor relationship rather than a connection. They are an established BSP with a long operating history, regional presence, and support structures a small product does not match. Their highest tier exists because large senders need things smaller ones do not.

EasyCoexistence: A narrow product with email support and a connection timeline. That suits someone building their own interface and does not suit someone who needs an account manager.

Which one to choose

If you need an established vendor with people to escalate to, and the per number figure is not the constraint, theirs is the safer institutional choice and this page will not pretend otherwise.

If you are holding client numbers and building the software around them, the arithmetic decides it. The same billing model at a fifth of the price, with the connection watched and the messages going to your own systems, is the version of this product that scales with an agency rather than against it.
