AiSensy: A WhatsApp engagement platform built around broadcast campaigns, chatbot flows and a shared team inbox, sold on tiered monthly plans with limits on contacts and agents.

EasyCoexistence: Coexistence infrastructure. The WhatsApp Business app on the phone keeps working, the Cloud API runs on the same number, and message events go from Meta straight to your CRM, helpdesk, automation or AI agent. There is no product for your team to move into.

Who the product is designed for

Both connect WhatsApp. The daily job each expects you to do is different.

AiSensy: A marketing team running broadcast campaigns and chatbot funnels, who want the campaign builder, the contact lists and the analytics in one place and are happy to work inside it.

EasyCoexistence: A business or developer who already has a system. We put WhatsApp messages into it and keep the connection alive, then get out of the way. If you want campaigns, run them where your customer data already lives.

Keeping the app on the phone

The specific thing Coexistence exists for, and the question worth asking any platform.

AiSensy: Their product is the platform inbox, so the expectation is that conversations are handled there rather than in the WhatsApp Business app on a phone.

EasyCoexistence: The WhatsApp Business app carries on working exactly as before. Staff answer on the phone, the API sees the same conversations, and neither side has to stop. That is the whole feature.

What the bill follows

AiSensy: A subscription shaped around users and plan tiers, so the bill tracks the size of the team and the features unlocked, paid whether the seats are used or not.

EasyCoexistence: A connected number. Adding a colleague costs nothing because there are no seats, and the per-number rate falls as numbers are added, from US$ 9 down to US$ 2. An agency's fortieth number does everything the first did and costs less.

AiSensy: The inbox, the contact history and the automations live in the platform. That is what makes them work, and it is also what makes leaving a migration project.

EasyCoexistence: Nothing of yours is inside us. Messages were delivered to your own system as they arrived, and the number sits in the client's own Meta Business Portfolio, so removing us leaves it exactly where it was.
