Gallabox: Plans priced per month with a fixed team size. Basic is listed at ₹ 2,999 a month billed quarterly for 3 users, described on their page as a hard cap, and larger teams move to Essential or Advanced.

EasyCoexistence: From US$ 9 per connected number per month, falling to US$ 1 as you add numbers. There is no user count and no contact count, so hiring someone or answering more customers changes nothing on the invoice.

How Coexistence gets switched on

Both use Meta's Coexistence feature, so the WhatsApp Business app keeps working on the phone. The route to it differs.

Gallabox: Their documentation states that Coexistence is not enabled by default and that you must contact Gallabox support before starting, so the workspace can be activated first.

EasyCoexistence: Coexistence is the product. A business owner completes Meta's Embedded Signup in about two minutes, self-serve, with the app on version 2.24.17 or later and the number not attached to another provider.

Where the conversations are kept

This is the difference that matters most to anyone building their own interface or holding client numbers.

Gallabox: Inside their platform. A shared inbox, chatbot builder and broadcast tool need the messages stored on their side in order to show them to agents.

EasyCoexistence: Not with us. Meta routes webhooks straight to the endpoint you nominate, and conversations are never stored on our side. Your CRM, your app or your AI agent is where the data lands.

Which one to choose

If the purchase is a team inbox with chatbots and campaigns, Gallabox is that kind of product, and it is a different purchase from a connection.

If the purchase is the number itself, connected officially and kept alive, EasyCoexistence is the narrower and cheaper buy. It suits an agency wiring client numbers into its own stack, a developer who already has an interface, or an owner who wants automation without moving the team off the phone.
