EasyCoexistence vs WATI

These are different products rather than competing versions of one. WATI sells a shared team inbox, priced by users and monthly active contacts. EasyCoexistence sells the connection itself, priced per number, with no inbox at all.

What the monthly bill is actually for

The two products are priced on different units, and for anyone holding more than one number that difference compounds every month.

WATI: Per user and per monthly active contact. Published plans run three to ten users and 500 to 2,500 contacts as of September 2026, so the bill climbs with every agent hired and every customer spoken to.

EasyCoexistence: One flat fee per connected number, with no user limit and no contact limit. An agency's twentieth client costs the same as its first, and a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Where your customers' conversations end up

This is the difference that cannot be undone later, and it follows from what each product is.

WATI: On their platform. A shared inbox has to store message content in order to serve it back to whoever opens it, which their pricing page lists as a core feature of every plan.

EasyCoexistence: Nowhere on our side. Meta delivers message events straight to a URL you nominate, and anything reaching our fallback callback is dropped without being persisted. That is enforced in code, not stated in a policy.

Whether your team has to change how it works

The question a business owner asks before agreeing to anything.

WATI: Agents log into their inbox. That is where conversations are assigned, tagged and answered, which means the team moves off the phone and into a new tool.

EasyCoexistence: Nobody moves. The WhatsApp Business app keeps working on the same number through Coexistence, with the same chats and the same history, and software handles whatever you built it to handle.

What happens when you outgrow it

Both have a ceiling. They are in different places.

WATI: More users and more active contacts, each a paid step up. The platform is the product, so scaling means buying more of it.

EasyCoexistence: There is no tier and nothing to outgrow. You are building the interface, so what you scale is your own system, on Meta's documented API with nothing of ours in between.

When WATI is the better choice

One case, and it is worth stating plainly rather than pretending it does not exist.

WATI: A support team of eight people dividing conversations, who need assignment, canned replies, tagging and reporting on who answered what. They built that and building it yourself would be a poor use of anyone's time.

EasyCoexistence: Nothing to offer that team. There is no inbox and no agent view, and we are not going to add them.

Which one to choose

If a team of agents is going to log in every day and conversations are the work itself, buy the inbox. WATI built one and it does what it says.

For everyone else, and that is most people reading this, the inbox is the part you pay for and do not use. An agency holding client numbers is buying seats nobody opens. A developer building the interface is putting a competitor between their product and Meta's API. A small business is being asked to move off a phone that already works.

EasyCoexistence is the connection underneath, at a flat fee per number, with the conversations going to your systems and the team keeping the app they already know.
