EasyCoexistence vs Huggy

Huggy is a Brazilian omnichannel customer service inbox, priced by plan and by connected user, with WhatsApp charged separately by quantity and category. EasyCoexistence is the WhatsApp connection itself: Meta's Cloud API on the number already in the WhatsApp Business app, through Coexistence, at one published fee per connected number.

What the monthly bill is for

Huggy's bill grows with the team. Ours grows only with numbers.

Huggy: A plan with one connected user, then a fee per extra user: R$ 69,90 on Starter, R$ 119,90 on Intermediate from R$ 579 a month, R$ 189,90 on Custom from R$ 989. WhatsApp is priced on top, by quantity and category, and implementation is an optional R$ 1.250.

EasyCoexistence: US$ 9 per connected number per month for one to five numbers, falling to US$ 1 each as you add numbers, with no user count anywhere. First three days free, and Meta bills its messaging charges directly to the business.

What each product is

An inbox and a connection are bought for different reasons.

Huggy: A service inbox centralising WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email, SMS and voice, with chatbots and reports. Their page says they are official Meta partners for activating the official API.

EasyCoexistence: The connection between the WhatsApp Business app number and Meta's Cloud API, monitored continuously. Messages go to the system the business already uses, through Meta's webhooks or our MCP server.

Whether the team changes how it works

The owner's question before agreeing to anything.

Huggy: Agents log into the Huggy inbox, where conversations from every channel are assigned and answered. Their pricing page does not address Coexistence with the WhatsApp Business app.

EasyCoexistence: Nobody moves. The WhatsApp Business app keeps working on the same number, with its chats, and the API runs alongside for whatever the business automates.

Where conversations are kept

A decision that is hard to reverse later.

Huggy: On their platform, which an inbox needs in order to show conversations to the agents who open them.

EasyCoexistence: Not on our side. Conversation content is never stored, and Meta can route incoming messages straight to the business's own webhook.
