EasyCoexistence 与 360dialog

每一号码需要支付多少

双方都按号码收费，也都不加价收取 Meta 的消息费用，所以关键在于金额和费用所包含的内容。

360dialog: 截至 2026 年 9 月，3 个 WhatsApp API 层级分别是每一号码每月 €49、€99 和 €500。注册时需要选择计划，之后还需要跨过相应门槛。

EasyCoexistence: 公开价格表从每一已连接号码每月 US$ 9 起，量大时降至 US$ 2。整份价格表没有任何功能限制：代理商接入第 20 个号码时，它能做的事情和第 1 个号码一样，而且费用更低；也不需要讨论升级，因为没有可升级的层级。

增加客户后会怎样

这是每一号码的金额不再只是四舍五入误差的情况。

360dialog: 按他们的入门层级计算，20 个号码每月是 €980，还未计入任何 Meta 费用。模式本身合理，倍数就是这个金额。

EasyCoexistence: 20 个号码每月是 US$ 180。每个号码都在客户自己的 Business Portfolio 中单独连接、单独列账，而且无论数量多少都不会触及新的层级。

消息内容会流向哪里

这件事值得先确认，因为之后无法更改。

360dialog: 他们的价格页面没有说明消息路径。这不能证明任何一方，您首先需要向他们提出这个问题。

EasyCoexistence: Meta 会通过您指定的 URL 发送消息事件，并通过我们应用订阅您账户的 override 传递。没有指定目的地的账户，其事件会回到我们的 callback，由处理程序丢弃且不保存。

Coexistence 本身

连接后，WhatsApp Business 应用是否仍能继续使用该号码。

360dialog: 他们的价格页面没有提到这一点。请直接向他们询问，不要只相信比较页面，包括本页面：没有文档说明的功能，不代表缺少该功能。

EasyCoexistence: 这就是我们的完整产品。号码通过 Meta 自己的 Coexistence 流程连接，应用照常运行，每个界面都能看到另一个界面发送的内容。

什么时候需要完整的 BSP 关系

这是一个实际存在的情况。

360dialog: 当您购买的是供应商关系，而不是连接时。对方是运营历史悠久的成熟 BSP，具备区域覆盖和支持体系，小型产品无法匹配这些条件。他们提供最高层级，是因为大型发送方需要小型发送方不需要的功能。

EasyCoexistence: 一款专注的产品：提供电子邮件支持和连接时间线，显示发生了什么及发生时间。对于自行构建界面的用户，这正是所需内容，但它不是账户管理关系。

应该选择哪一个

如果您需要指定的客户经理，以及由人员负责的升级处理路径，那就是 BSP 关系，而他们提供这种关系。

如果您持有客户号码并围绕这些号码构建软件，算术结果很清楚。同样的收费模式，价格只有五分之一，同时监控连接并将消息发送到您自己的系统，这才是能随代理商规模扩展的产品。
