WhatsApp 错误 131009：参数值无效
错误 131009 表示一个或多个参数值无效：字段存在且可识别，但其中的内容不被端点接受。大多数情况涉及语言代码、号码格式和枚举值。
最常出错的值
有 3 种格式占大多数，而且从阅读者角度看都像是正确的。
- 语言代码：消息模板创建时使用的是 en_US，却传入 en；或创建时使用的是 pt_BR，却传入 pt。
- 号码带有标点、开头的 0 或加号，但端点要求的是国际格式的纯数字。
- 枚举值的大小写错误，例如消息模板类别使用了小写。
- 日期或时间戳使用了端点文档未说明的格式。
为什么要特别注意语言代码
因为不同端点会返回不同的错误，导致人们追查错误方向。
发送不存在该名称对应语言的消息模板时，会返回 132001，看起来像是消息模板缺失。向先验证语言代码的端点提供格式错误的语言代码时，则会返回此错误。两者本质上是同一个错误，修复方法也相同：读取消息模板列表，复制准确的语言字符串，不要凭格式猜测。
常见错误
- 以为 en 和 en_US 可以互换。它们对应不同的消息模板。
- 发送带加号或标点的号码。应使用国际格式，且只含数字。
- 重试。这个值确定是错误的。
