两种产品针对不同问题，先明确这一点最重要。

Twilio: 覆盖 SMS、语音、电子邮件和 WhatsApp 的通信平台，面向需要整合多个渠道的工程团队。WhatsApp 只是众多渠道之一，和其他渠道一样按消息收费。

EasyCoexistence: Coexistence 专业产品。手机上的 WhatsApp Business 应用继续运行，Cloud API 使用同一号码，消息事件发送到您自己的端点，我们监控连接状态。专注一项工作，并完整做好。

用量增长后，价格如何变化

这是会持续累积的差异，关键是算术，而不是观点。

Twilio: 每条消息 US$ 0.005，包括入站和出站，另加 Meta 收费。费用随每次对话增加，因此平台成本取决于业务表现。

EasyCoexistence: 按每个已连接号码收取固定费用。每月 10,000 条消息和 10 条消息的费用相同。业务越成功，平台的每条消息成本越低，量大时每个号码的价格也会下降。

谁持有 WhatsApp 账户

号码和 Meta 关系由谁持有，决定了您日后能否轻松离开任一方。

Twilio: 号码通过 Twilio 的发送方接入，消息关系运行在 Twilio 的基础设施上，账单关系也由 Twilio 管理。

EasyCoexistence: 号码保留在客户自己的 Meta Business Portfolio 和 WhatsApp Business Account 中，Meta 直接向客户收取对话费用。我们是负责连接的 Tech Provider，移除我们不会带走号码。

消息会发送到哪里

两者都会把入站消息发送到您控制的服务器，区别在于路径及路径上的处理方。

Twilio: 入站消息经由 Twilio 抵达您的 Webhook，Twilio 会在消息经过时处理并按条计费。

EasyCoexistence: 我们在 WhatsApp Business Account 上设置 Meta 自有的 override_callback_uri，让消息事件从 Meta 直接发送到您的端点。消息不会经过我们，我们不会储存消息，路径上也没有任何计量环节。

如何通过 AI 助手访问

这是较新的需求，也是通用平台较少需要回答的问题。

Twilio: 完整的 REST API，提供主要编程语言的 SDK，按公开的 US$ 0.005 每条消息计费，因此您编写的集成每次发送或接收消息都会产生费用。

EasyCoexistence: 底层使用相同的 API，另加通过 OAuth 提供 11 个工具的远程 MCP 连接器，让 Claude、ChatGPT、Cursor 和 Claude Code 无需编写客户端，就能列出号码、检查连接状态、发送消息和设置 Webhook 目标。
