WhatsApp 错误 131052：媒体下载失败
错误 131052 表示 Meta 无法下载消息附带的媒体。问题在于媒体本身，而不是您的请求，因此实际做法是请对方通过其他方式发送，无需修改代码。
为什么会发生
因为入站媒体需要单独获取，而不是随消息直接传送。消息会携带媒体 ID，系统再使用该 ID 单独获取媒体字节。
获取可能因发送方的问题而失败：上传未完成、文件在获取前已过期，或生成文件的过程导致格式无法正常使用。您无法从自己的端看到这些原因，修改请求也无法解决问题。
该怎么做
把它视为一条收到但缺少附件的消息，并像处理其他不完整输入一样处理。
- 记录消息，并将媒体标记为不可用，不要丢弃整个事件。
- 及时获取媒体：ID 不会永久有效。
- 如果流程中有人参与，请客户重新发送，这通常可以解决大多数情况。
- 不要无限重试。如果首次获取和重试 1 次都失败，媒体就不会再来了。
常见错误
- 丢弃整条消息。没有附件时，文本和上下文仍然有用。
- 收到消息很久后才获取媒体。ID 会过期。
- 循环重试。获取失败后，稍后很少会成功。
