WhatsApp 错误 80007：WhatsApp Business 账户速率限制
错误 80007 表示 WhatsApp Business 账户已触及速率限制。它影响管理请求和读取请求，而不是消息吞吐量，因此通常原因是轮询：某项程序检查状态的频率远高于数据变化的频率。

轮询是值得修复的原因
对少量号码每 30 秒轮询一次状态，相当于每天针对数据发出数千次请求，而这些数据每月只变化几次。最终会触及此限制，而且一旦触及，轮询会在某些重要变化刚发生时停止工作。
Webhook 可改变这种方式。Meta 会在质量评级、账户信息或模板状态发生变化时推送更新，完全不消耗请求，而且比任何轮询都更快到达。正确的架构是用 Webhook 处理变化，把轮询保留为低频核对步骤，而不是主要机制。
常见错误
- 以很短的间隔轮询状态，在很少变化的数据上消耗速率限制。
- 通过增加重试来应对，反而会更快消耗速率限制。
- 将它与 130429 混淆，后者与发送消息有关。
