应该如何处理
按以下顺序处理，某一步成功后即可停止。
- 使用短暂退避重试 1 次。其中一部分错误属于暂时性故障。
- 记录完整响应，包括支持人员会要求提供的 trace id。
- 检查是 1 个收件人还是所有收件人都失败。只有 1 个收件人失败，可能与该号码有关；全部失败，则可能与平台有关。
- 如果多次重试后仍然持续，请提交工单，并附上 trace id 和时间戳。
常见错误
- 无限重试。如果 2 次尝试都失败，通常就不是暂时性故障。
- 丢弃 trace id。它是让支持工单能够实际处理的唯一关键信息。
- 认定这表示您的号码已损坏。通常并不是这样。
