Was ist EasyCoexistence?
EasyCoexistence bringt die geschäftliche Nummer, die Sie bereits verwenden, über Metas offizielle Coexistence-Funktion auf die WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) und überwacht anschließend rund um die Uhr die Verbindung, damit sie nie unbemerkt ausfällt.
- Die App auf Ihrem Telefon funktioniert genau wie bisher. Coexistence fügt die API daneben hinzu und ersetzt nichts.
- Keine Migration, keine verlorenen Chats: Ihr Verlauf bleibt auf Ihrem Telefon.
- Verbinden Sie beliebig viele Nummern mit einem einzigen Konto.
- Ihre Unterhaltungen laufen niemals über unsere Server. Eingehende Nachrichten können von Meta direkt an Ihr eigenes System weitergeleitet werden.
Eine Nummer verbinden
- Erstellen Sie Ihr Konto und öffnen Sie das Dashboard.
- Klicken Sie auf „Eine Nummer verbinden“. Das Fenster von Meta wird geöffnet. Melden Sie sich mit dem Facebook-Konto an, das Ihr Unternehmen verwaltet.
- Geben Sie Ihre geschäftliche Nummer ein und scannen Sie den QR-Code mit der WhatsApp Business App auf Ihrem Telefon.
- Fertig, normalerweise in weniger als 2 Minuten. Die Nummer erscheint mit aktuellem Verbindungsstatus in Ihrem Dashboard.
Ist Ihre Nummer geeignet? Lesen Sie dies zuerst
Meta setzt einige Regeln durch, bevor Coexistence aktiviert werden kann. Die meisten fehlgeschlagenen Verbindungen scheitern an einem dieser Punkte:
- Die Nummer muss in der WhatsApp Business App mit Version 2.24.17 oder neuer verwendet werden. Persönliche WhatsApp-Konten können nicht verbunden werden.
- Die Nummer benötigt echte, aktuelle Kommunikation in beide Richtungen. Ganz neue oder inaktive Nummern werden abgelehnt.
- Die Nummer darf nicht an eine andere API-Plattform oder einen anderen Anbieter angebunden sein, etwa Massenversender, CRMs oder Automatisierungstools. Trennen Sie sie dort zuerst und versuchen Sie es anschließend erneut.
- Auch die zweistufige Verifizierung oder eine ausstehende Geräteverknüpfung in der App kann das Onboarding blockieren.
Wenn Meta meldet, dass die Nummer „bei einem bestehenden WhatsApp-Konto registriert“ ist, löschen Sie NICHT das WhatsApp-Konto auf Ihrem Telefon. Die Nummer muss in der App aktiv bleiben. Entfernen Sie sie stattdessen von der anderen Plattform.
Was sich in der App ändert (die Einschränkungen)
Durch das Aktivieren von Coexistence werden einige Funktionen der App deaktiviert, alle davon in Einzelchats (1:1). Informieren Sie sich darüber, bevor Sie eine Verbindung herstellen:
- Verschwindende Nachrichten werden in 1:1-Chats deaktiviert.
- Einmalansicht-Nachrichten werden in 1:1-Chats deaktiviert.
- Das Teilen des Live-Standorts wird in 1:1-Chats deaktiviert.
- Broadcast-Listen: Sie können keine neuen erstellen, und bestehende werden schreibgeschützt.
- Beim Onboarding werden alle verknüpften Geräte getrennt und müssen erneut verknüpft werden. WhatsApp für Windows und WearOS werden nicht mehr unterstützt.
- Gruppen, Anrufe, Katalog und Status funktionieren weiterhin in der App, erscheinen aber nicht auf der API-Seite.
- Für die Nummer gilt ein kombinierter API-Durchsatzgrenzwert von 20 Nachrichten pro Sekunde. Das tägliche Chatten bleibt davon unberührt.
Nutzen Sie es über Ihre KI (ein Connector pro Konto)
Ihr gesamtes Konto erhält eine einzige Connector-URL. Sie funktioniert für jede verbundene Nummer, aktuelle und zukünftige: Ihre KI sieht alle Ihre Nummern und wählt für jede Aufgabe die richtige aus.
- Claude (Web oder Desktop): Einstellungen → Connectors → Benutzerdefinierten Connector hinzufügen und anschließend die URL einfügen.
- ChatGPT: Einstellungen → Connectors → Erweitert, den Entwicklermodus aktivieren und anschließend die URL hinzufügen.

Versandregeln (von Meta festgelegt, nicht von uns)
- Antworten sind frei formulierbar: Jeder, der Ihnen in den letzten 24 Stunden geschrieben hat, kann direkt beantwortet werden.
- Um eine Unterhaltung zu beginnen, ist ein vorab genehmigtes Template erforderlich.
- Bei Coexistence können Templates nur über die API gesendet werden. Die Telefon-App kann sie nicht senden.
- Marketingnachrichten werden von Meta über die Zahlungsmethode Ihres eigenen WhatsApp Business Accounts abgerechnet. Wir schlagen niemals Gebühren auf den Nachrichtenversand auf.
- Meta begrenzt den API-Durchsatz für Coexistence-Nummern. Das tägliche Messaging auf dem Telefon bleibt davon unberührt.
Binden Sie Ihr eigenes System an
Die Seite jeder Nummer im Dashboard zeigt die API-Basis-URL, Konto- und Telefon-IDs sowie das Zugriffstoken: alles, was n8n, ein CRM oder eigener Code benötigt, um über die offizielle Cloud API zu senden. Um Nachrichten zu empfangen, bitten Sie Ihre KI, eingehende Nachrichten an Ihren Webhook weiterzuleiten (set_webhook_destination). Meta stellt sie dann direkt an Ihrem Endpoint zu, ohne unsere Server zu berühren.
Überwachung und die 14-Tage-Regel
Wir überwachen jede verbundene Nummer rund um die Uhr, einschließlich Verbindungsstatus, Qualitätsbewertung und Messaging-Stufe, über Meta-Webhooks und regelmäßige Prüfungen. Wenn die Business-App auf dem Telefon etwa 14 Tage lang nicht geöffnet wird, kann Meta die Coexistence-Verbindung unbemerkt trennen. Sobald etwas ausfällt, zeigt Ihr Dashboard den Grund an. Als Faustregel gilt: Verwenden Sie die App ganz normal weiter.
Was EasyCoexistence nicht ist
- Kein Posteingang und kein Chatbot. Unterhaltungen finden weiterhin in Ihrer App, Ihrer KI oder Ihrem eigenen System statt. Wir fügen kein weiteres Panel hinzu, in dem Sie arbeiten müssen.
- Kein Tool für Massenversand. Die Regeln von Meta gelten weiterhin: Antworten innerhalb des 24-Stunden-Fensters, Templates zum Starten von Unterhaltungen.
- Kein Meta-Produkt. Wir sind ein unabhängiger Tech Provider und verwenden Coexistence, die offizielle Funktion der Plattform.
- Kein Vermittler für Ihre Nachrichten. Wir lesen oder speichern niemals den Inhalt Ihrer Unterhaltungen.
Und wenn EasyCoexistence morgen verschwindet? Ihrer Nummer passiert nichts: Die App funktioniert weiter, Ihr Verlauf bleibt auf Ihrem Telefon, und die API-Verbindung kann jederzeit aufgehoben werden. Eine Brücke, kein Gefängnis.
Häufige Fragen
Wie viel kostet es?
Das hängt davon ab, wie viele Nummern Sie verbinden, denn der Preis pro Nummer sinkt mit der Anzahl: US$ 9 pro Nummer bis zu drei Nummern, US$ 7 von vier bis zehn und bis auf US$ 2 pro Nummer bei hundert oder mehr. Fünf Nummern kosten US$ 35 pro Monat. Ihre ersten 7 Tage sind kostenlos. Wenn Sie eine Nummer entfernen, endet ihre Abrechnung am Ende des Abrechnungszeitraums. Die Messaging-Kosten von Meta sind davon getrennt und werden immer direkt von Meta über Ihr eigenes Konto abgerechnet.
Meine Nummer wird als getrennt angezeigt. Was nun?
Öffnen Sie zuerst die App auf Ihrem Telefon. Die häufigste Ursache ist die 14-Tage-Regel. Starten Sie anschließend den Verbindungsvorgang mit derselben Nummer erneut. Meta erkennt sie, zeigt eine bereits aktivierte Option zur Wiederherstellung der vorherigen Produkte an und schließt die erneute Verbindung innerhalb weniger Minuten selbstständig ab.
Wie trenne ich meine Nummer?
Auf der Seite der Nummer im Dashboard unter Diese Nummer entfernen. Wir widerrufen unseren eigenen Zugriff bei Meta, die Überwachung endet sofort und die Abrechnung für diese Nummer endet mit dem aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraum. Das Trennen wirkt sich niemals auf die App aus: Chats und Verlauf bleiben auf Ihrem Telefon, und Sie können die Nummer später durch erneutes Ausführen des Verbindungsvorgangs wieder verbinden.
Mein Template wird nicht gesendet. Warum?
Die häufigste Ursache: Für Ihr Meta-Konto ist noch keine Zahlungsmethode hinterlegt. Das Senden von Templates, vor allem für Marketing, wird von Meta über Ihr eigenes Konto abgerechnet. Fügen Sie im WhatsApp Manager unter Abrechnung eine Karte hinzu und versuchen Sie es erneut. Prüfen Sie außerdem, ob das Template genehmigt wurde. Fragen Sie Ihre KI nach dem Status.
Werden meine alten Unterhaltungen in meinem System oder meiner KI angezeigt?
Nur wenn Sie das möchten. Während des Verbindungsvorgangs fragt Meta, ob der Chatverlauf mit der API-Seite synchronisiert werden soll, und Sie können dies ablehnen. In beiden Fällen liest oder speichert EasyCoexistence keine Inhalte: Der Verlauf bleibt auf Ihrem Telefon, und neue Nachrichten erreichen Ihr eigenes System nur, wenn Sie eine Weiterleitung einrichten.
Funktioniert es mit einer Festnetznummer?
Ja. Wenn die Festnetznummer in der WhatsApp Business App aktiv ist, wird sie normal verbunden. Wir haben Kunden mit verbundenen Festnetznummern.
Wie widerrufe ich den Zugriff?
Um den Zugriff eines KI-Agenten zu entfernen, löschen Sie den Connector in den eigenen Einstellungen des Agenten. Um unseren Zugriff zu entfernen, trennen Sie die Nummer, wie in der obigen Frage beschrieben. Zugriffstoken werden verschlüsselt gespeichert und niemals Dritten zugänglich gemacht.
