Tout ce qui concerne la connexion de votre numéro, le maintien de la connexion et son utilisation depuis votre IA ou votre propre système.
Qu'est-ce qu'EasyCoexistence ?
EasyCoexistence ajoute le numéro professionnel que vous utilisez déjà à la WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) grâce à la fonctionnalité officielle Coexistence de Meta, puis surveille la connexion 24 heures sur 24 pour éviter toute interruption silencieuse.
- L'application sur votre téléphone continue de fonctionner exactement comme avant. Coexistence ajoute l'API à ses côtés, sans rien remplacer.
- Aucune migration, aucun chat perdu : votre historique reste sur votre téléphone.
- Connectez autant de numéros que vous le souhaitez sur un seul compte.
- Vos conversations ne transitent jamais par nos serveurs. Les messages entrants peuvent être acheminés directement par Meta vers votre propre système.
Connecter un numéro
- Créez votre compte et ouvrez le dashboard.
- Cliquez sur « Connecter un numéro ». La fenêtre Meta s'ouvre ; connectez-vous avec le compte Facebook qui gère votre entreprise.
- Saisissez votre numéro professionnel et scannez le QR code avec l'application WhatsApp Business sur votre téléphone.
- C'est fait, généralement en moins de 2 minutes. Le numéro apparaît sur votre dashboard avec son état en temps réel.
Votre numéro est-il éligible ? Lisez ceci d'abord
Meta applique quelques règles avant d'autoriser Coexistence. La plupart des connexions échouées sont liées à l'un des points suivants :
- Le numéro doit être associé à l'application WhatsApp Business, en version 2.24.17 ou ultérieure. Les comptes WhatsApp personnels ne peuvent pas se connecter.
- Le numéro doit avoir une activité réelle et récente de conversations dans les deux sens. Les numéros tout neufs ou inactifs sont refusés.
- Le numéro ne peut pas être associé à une autre plateforme ou à un autre fournisseur d'API (expéditeurs en masse, CRM, outils d'automatisation). Déconnectez-le d'abord de cette plateforme, puis réessayez.
- La vérification en deux étapes ou un appairage d'appareil en attente dans l'application peut également bloquer l'intégration.
Si Meta indique que le numéro est « enregistré sur un compte WhatsApp existant », ne supprimez PAS le compte WhatsApp de votre téléphone ; le numéro doit rester actif dans l'application. Libérez-le plutôt de l'autre plateforme.
Ce qui change dans l'application (les compromis)
L'activation de Coexistence désactive quelques fonctionnalités de l'application, toutes dans les chats individuels (1:1). Prenez-en connaissance avant de vous connecter :
- Les messages éphémères sont désactivés dans les chats 1:1.
- Les messages à vue unique sont désactivés dans les chats 1:1.
- Le partage de la position en direct est désactivé dans les chats 1:1.
- Listes de diffusion : vous ne pouvez pas en créer de nouvelles, et les listes existantes passent en lecture seule.
- Lors de l'intégration, tous les appareils associés sont déconnectés et doivent être associés à nouveau. WhatsApp pour Windows et WearOS ne sont plus pris en charge.
- Les groupes, les appels, le catalogue et le statut continuent de fonctionner dans l'application, mais ils n'apparaissent pas du côté de l'API.
- Le numéro reçoit une limite de débit API combinée de 20 messages par seconde. Les conversations quotidiennes ne sont pas affectées.
Utilisez-le depuis votre IA (un connecteur par compte)
L'ensemble de votre compte utilise une seule URL de connecteur. Elle fonctionne pour tous les numéros que vous connectez, actuels et futurs : votre IA voit tous vos numéros et choisit le bon pour chaque tâche.
- Claude (web ou ordinateur) : Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, puis collez l'URL.
- ChatGPT : Settings → Connectors → Advanced, activez Developer mode, puis ajoutez l'URL.
- Claude Code (terminal) : claude mcp add --transport http easycoexistence https://easycoexistence.com/api/mcp
- Lorsque vous y êtes invité, connectez-vous avec votre adresse e-mail et votre mot de passe EasyCoexistence, puis autorisez l'accès.
Demandez ensuite simplement : « envoie un message depuis mon numéro », « crée un template promotionnel », « mon numéro est-il en bonne santé ? », « achemine les messages entrants vers mon système ».
Ce que votre IA peut faire (outils)
- list_numbers : tous vos numéros avec leur statut, leur qualité et leur niveau.
- get_number_health : un état en temps réel fourni par Meta, ainsi que la chronologie récente des événements.
- send_message : réponse libre dans la fenêtre de service de 24 heures.
- create_template, get_template_status, list_templates : créer et suivre les templates de messages.

Règles d'envoi (définies par Meta, pas par nous)
- Les réponses sont libres : vous pouvez répondre directement à toute personne qui vous a écrit au cours des dernières 24 heures.
- Pour démarrer une conversation, un template préalablement approuvé est requis.
- Avec Coexistence, les templates peuvent uniquement être envoyés via l'API ; l'application sur le téléphone ne peut pas les envoyer.
- Les messages marketing sont facturés par Meta via le moyen de paiement de votre propre WhatsApp Business Account. Nous n'appliquons jamais de majoration sur la messagerie.
- Meta limite le débit API des numéros utilisant Coexistence ; la messagerie quotidienne sur le téléphone n'est pas affectée.
Connectez votre propre système
La page de chaque numéro dans le dashboard affiche son URL de base API, les identifiants du compte et du téléphone, ainsi que le token d'accès : tout ce dont n8n, un CRM ou du code personnalisé a besoin pour envoyer des messages via la Cloud API officielle. Pour recevoir des messages, demandez à votre IA d'acheminer les messages entrants vers votre webhook (set_webhook_destination) : Meta les transmet ensuite directement à votre endpoint, sans jamais toucher à nos serveurs.
Surveillance et règle des 14 jours
Nous surveillons chaque numéro connecté 24 heures sur 24 (état de la connexion, évaluation de la qualité et niveau de messagerie) grâce aux webhooks Meta et à des vérifications périodiques. Si l'application professionnelle sur le téléphone n'est pas ouverte pendant environ 14 jours, Meta peut supprimer silencieusement le lien Coexistence. Dès qu'un problème survient, votre dashboard l'affiche avec sa raison. Règle générale : continuez à utiliser l'application normalement.
Ce qu'EasyCoexistence n'est pas
- Ce n'est ni une boîte de réception ni un chatbot. Les conversations continuent d'avoir lieu dans votre application, votre IA ou votre propre système ; nous n'ajoutons pas un panneau supplémentaire dans lequel vous devez travailler.
- Ce n'est pas un outil d'envoi massif. Les règles de Meta continuent de s'appliquer : réponses dans la fenêtre de 24 heures, templates pour démarrer les conversations.
- Ce n'est pas un produit Meta. Nous sommes un Tech Provider indépendant qui utilise Coexistence, la fonctionnalité officielle de la plateforme.
- Nous ne sommes pas un intermédiaire pour vos messages. Nous ne lisons ni ne stockons jamais le contenu de vos conversations.
Et si EasyCoexistence disparaissait demain ? Rien n'arriverait à votre numéro : l'application continuerait de fonctionner, votre historique resterait sur votre téléphone et la connexion API pourrait être annulée à tout moment. Un pont, pas une cage.
Questions fréquentes
Combien cela coûte-t-il ?
Cela dépend du nombre de numéros que vous connectez, car le prix par numéro diminue avec la quantité : US$ 9 chacun jusqu'à trois, US$ 7 de quatre à dix, puis jusqu'à US$ 2 chacun à partir de cent. Cinq numéros coûtent US$ 35 par mois. Vos 7 premiers jours sont gratuits, la suppression d'un numéro arrête sa facturation à la fin du cycle, et les coûts de messagerie de Meta sont distincts et toujours facturés directement par Meta sur votre propre compte.
Mon numéro apparaît comme déconnecté. Que faire ?
Ouvrez d'abord l'application sur votre téléphone (la cause la plus fréquente est la règle des 14 jours). Relancez ensuite le parcours de connexion avec le même numéro : Meta le reconnaît, affiche une option déjà cochée pour restaurer les produits précédents et termine automatiquement la reconnexion en quelques minutes.
Comment déconnecter mon numéro ?
Sur la page du numéro dans le dashboard, sous Remove this number. Nous révoquons notre propre accès auprès de Meta, la surveillance s'arrête immédiatement et la facturation de ce numéro prend fin avec le cycle en cours. La déconnexion n'affecte jamais l'application : les chats et l'historique restent sur votre téléphone, et vous pouvez vous reconnecter plus tard en relançant le parcours de connexion.
Mon template ne s'envoie pas. Pourquoi ?
La cause la plus fréquente : votre compte Meta n'a pas encore de moyen de paiement. Les envois de templates (surtout les messages marketing) sont facturés par Meta sur votre propre compte ; ajoutez une carte dans WhatsApp Manager, dans la section de facturation, puis réessayez. Vérifiez également que le template a été approuvé (demandez son statut à votre IA).
Mes anciennes conversations apparaîtront-elles dans mon système ou mon IA ?
Uniquement si vous le souhaitez. Pendant le parcours de connexion, Meta vous demande si vous voulez synchroniser l'historique des chats avec le côté API, et vous pouvez refuser. Dans tous les cas, EasyCoexistence ne lit ni ne stocke jamais le contenu : l'historique reste sur votre téléphone et les nouveaux messages n'atteignent votre propre système que si vous configurez leur acheminement.
Est-ce compatible avec un numéro fixe ?
Oui. Si le numéro fixe est actif dans l'application WhatsApp Business, il se connecte normalement (des clients utilisent déjà des numéros fixes connectés).
Comment révoquer l'accès ?
Pour supprimer l'accès d'un agent IA, supprimez le connecteur dans ses propres paramètres. Pour supprimer notre accès, déconnectez le numéro (voir la question ci-dessus). Les tokens d'accès sont stockés de manière chiffrée et ne sont jamais exposés à des tiers.
