接続済みの番号は、2 つの方法でシステムに接続します。Meta が受信メッセージを指定した URL に配信し、Cloud API 経由で送信します。
ここでのインテグレーションの仕組み
インストールするプラグインも、依存する当社の SDK もありません。インテグレーションの接続先は URL、送信方法は REST リクエストです。そのため、当社を知らないツールでも利用できます。
- 1Webhook をシステムに指定する接続先を一度設定してください。Meta は受信メッセージと電話アプリからのエコーを、当社を経由せずにそのまま配信します。
- 2Meta の認証に応答する何かが配信される前に、GET のハンドシェイクでエンドポイントから hub.challenge をそのまま返す必要があります。
- 3番号固有の認証情報で送信するダッシュボードまたは MCP コネクタから取得した電話番号 ID とアクセストークンを使い、Cloud API に対して送信します。
- 424 時間のウィンドウを守るウィンドウ内では自由形式のテキストを、ウィンドウ外では承認済みのテンプレートを使用します。本番環境でインテグレーションが機能しなくなる原因は、このルールです。
