差別在於每則訊息上是否疊加了第二筆費用。

Sinch: 每則訊息有兩層費用：Meta 按類別和國家收取的費用，加上 Sinch 就平台使用和每則訊息服務收取的費用。後者按您與 Sinch 的協議而定，並無公開價目表。

EasyCoexistence: 只有一層。Meta 把費用記在您自己的 WhatsApp Business 帳戶，我們不會加價。我們的收費為每個已連接號碼每月 US$ 9，隨號碼增加最低降至 US$ 1，與訊息量無關。

各自適用於哪類號碼

大多數小型企業已經在 WhatsApp Business 應用程式上回覆客戶，這個號碼才是最重要的。

Sinch: Sinch Engage Classic 的設定指南要求使用可接收國際 SMS 或來電、且未連接任何 WhatsApp 帳戶的號碼。其入門文章沒有說明 Coexistence 的做法。

EasyCoexistence: 透過 Meta Embedded Signup 自助申請，約 2 分鐘完成，首 3 天免費。應用程式需為 2.24.17 或以上版本，並有近期的真實使用記錄。

該如何選擇

企業若以議定條款，用一份合約購買 SMS、語音和 WhatsApp，買的是 CPaaS，與購買 WhatsApp 連接是兩回事。
