錯誤代碼 132016 表示範本已永久停用，不能再次使用。這通常是品質下降的終點：收件人封鎖或舉報使用該範本發出的訊息，範本的品質評分下跌，Meta 隨後將其撤回。
範本如何走到這一步
通常不是一步到位。已獲批准但不受收件人歡迎的範本會累積封鎖及舉報，品質評分由綠色降至黃色，再降至紅色，然後被暫停。反覆暫停最終會導致永久停用。
只要您有監察，整個過程都可以觀察到。範本品質 Webhook 會回報每次變更，而範本轉為黃色時仍是警告，您還有時間處理。忽略警告，正是可用範本變成無法使用範本的原因。
應如何處理
按以下次序處理兩件事。
- 停止使用該範本發送訊息，並改用其他範本，因為它永遠不能再次使用。
- 在撰寫替代範本前，先了解收件人不喜歡它的原因，否則替代範本會重蹈覆轍。
- 除了措辭，也要檢查受眾。向不預期收到訊息的人發送優質範本，仍會累積封鎖。
- 訂閱範本品質 Webhook，讓您在下一次品質下降至黃色時，而不是停用後，及時得知。
常見錯誤
- 以新名稱重新建立相同範本。真正失敗的是內容。
- 忽略黃色品質評分。黃色是警告，紅色是後果。
- 受眾才是問題，卻把責任歸咎於措辭。
