錯誤 133006 表示電話號碼須先驗證，才能登記訊息功能。驗證會透過 SMS 或語音通話傳送代碼，以確認您能控制該號碼；這是獨立於新增號碼及登記的步驟。
驗證與登記的分別
驗證可證明商戶能控制該號碼。登記則會啟用 Cloud API 訊息功能。兩者按此順序進行，而此錯誤表示第一步尚未完成。
實際要求是必須有人能透過 SMS 或自動語音通話，在該號碼上接收代碼。無人能接聽的號碼無法驗證；在大多數情況下，真正的阻礙是這一點，而不是 API 請求。
哪些情況會阻礙驗證
幾乎總是實體條件，而非技術問題。
- 沒有人持有該手提電話或 SIM 卡，這在接手前任持有人的號碼時很常見。
- 該號碼是無法接收 SMS 的固網電話，此時應使用語音驗證。
- 虛擬號碼的供應商會過濾或延遲驗證碼。
- 該號碼已在另一個 WhatsApp 帳戶登記，必須先處理這個問題。
常見錯誤
- 在驗證前嘗試登記。步驟次序很重要。
- 在固網電話上選擇 SMS。語音驗證正是為沒有 SMS 的號碼而設。
- 假設虛擬號碼一定能可靠接收代碼。許多虛擬號碼都不能。
