錯誤 132007 表示範本違反 WhatsApp 的商業訊息政策。訊息無法以目前形式發送，您應重寫並重新提交範本，而不是更改請求內容。
政策實際禁止哪些內容
當大多數人撰寫第一個範本時，政策限制往往比他們想像中更嚴格。
- 對方沒有要求接收，內容卻像未經同意的推廣訊息。
- 受禁止的類別，包括某些金融、健康及受規管產品。
- 歪曲發送者身分，或暗示不存在的關聯關係。
- 誤導性的緊迫語氣，或任何旨在迫使對方回覆的結構。
為何類別與措辭同樣重要
範本以工具類別提交，內容卻像營銷訊息，即使內容本身沒有不當之處，仍然屬於政策問題。Meta 為範本分類，是因為兩者對同意的要求不同；以工具類別發送推廣訊息，便違背這項原則。
實際做法是按範本的真正類別撰寫。坦白表明是營銷訊息的範本可以獲批；把營銷訊息包裝成送貨通知則不行。只修改措辭而不更改類別，通常無法挽救範本。
常見錯誤
- 重試發送。問題在範本，而不是請求。
- 只作表面修改後重新提交。類別錯誤時，措辭無法挽救範本。
- 以為獲批後便永久有效。範本日後仍可能因 132016 被停用。
