WhatsApp 錯誤 131050：使用者已取消接收訊息
錯誤 131050 表示收件人已取消接收您的商業訊息。這不是故障，也沒有技術方法可以繞過：對方已作出選擇，正確做法是記錄該選擇並停止發送。
為甚麼沒有繞過方法
因為這套機制旨在保護使用者，避免受到不接受拒絕的商業帳戶打擾。若平台可以繞過這項機制，對任何一方都沒有存在價值。
Meta 亦會監察之後發生的情況。持續嘗試向已取消接收訊息的人發送訊息，會影響質素評分相關的訊號。質素評分下降，會削減整個號碼的訊息發送容量，而不只是影響這些收件人。
應該怎樣處理
妥善記錄一次，讓系統其餘部分遵守這項選擇。
- 將取消接收的選擇儲存在聯絡人資料中，避免系統再次自動嘗試。
- 在每個宣傳活動及自動化流程中停止向該號碼發送訊息，不只是觸發錯誤的活動。
- 不要使用第二個商業號碼聯絡對方。對方仍是同一人，選擇亦沒有改變。
- 如果對方日後先向您發送訊息，服務時段便會重新開啟，您可以回覆。這是對方的選擇，不是您的選擇。
常見錯誤
- 重試發送。封鎖是刻意設計的，會持續有效，直至本人更改選擇。
- 只在失敗的宣傳活動中停止發送，導致另一個活動翌日再次嘗試。
- 使用其他號碼聯絡同一人。這仍然是在忽略對方同一項選擇。
