WhatsApp 錯誤 131056：向單一收件人傳送過多訊息
錯誤 131056 表示您的商業號碼在短時間內向單一收件人傳送過多訊息。這是每組配對獨立計算的速率限制，與帳戶整體吞吐量分開，通常表示某項自動化程序不斷重複執行。
為何按配對計算
因為它要防止的不是一般訊息量過多，而是單一人士被大量訊息淹沒。帳戶可能仍在整體吞吐量限制之內，卻在 1 分鐘內向一名收件人傳送 30 則訊息。對方會將此視為垃圾訊息，不論帳戶的總量是多少。
因此，限制按配對而非帳戶套用。這就是為何訊息量低、從未接近整體速率限制的號碼，也可能出現此錯誤。
通常由甚麼造成
幾乎總是由自動程序造成，而不是由人士逐一輸入。
- 重試迴圈將傳送失敗誤判為傳遞失敗，然後再次傳送。
- Webhook 處理程式傳送回覆，卻因同一事件被多次觸發而重複執行。
- 聊天機械人將一個回覆拆成多則短訊息，並在短時間內連續傳送。
- 開發期間，測試指令碼反覆向同一號碼傳送訊息。
如何避免
在對話層級限制傳送速度，而不只是按帳戶限制。傳送前套用每名收件人每分鐘的訊息上限，幾乎不會增加成本，卻可避免此錯誤及背後造成的客戶體驗問題。
訊息去重同樣重要。Webhook 事件可能被傳送多於一次；如果處理程式沒有先確認是否已處理該訊息 ID，負載增加時便會準確地產生這種情況。
常見錯誤
- 重試，向已被大量訊息淹沒的收件人再傳送一則訊息。
- 只按帳戶層級限制傳送速度。此限制按收件人計算。
- 處理 Webhook 事件時，沒有按訊息 ID 去重。
