應如何處理
按以下次序處理，成功後便停止。
- 配合短暫退避重試一次，部分情況屬於短暫故障。
- 記錄完整回應，包括支援會要求的 trace id。
- 檢查是單一收件人還是所有收件人受影響。單一收件人指向該號碼，全部收件人則指向平台。
- 如重試後仍然失敗，提交支援工單，並附上 trace id 及時間戳記。
常見錯誤
- 無限次重試。若兩次嘗試都失敗，便不屬於短暫故障。
- 捨棄 trace id。它是令支援工單可供處理的唯一關鍵資料。
- 假設這表示您的號碼已損壞。通常並非如此。
