WhatsApp 錯誤 131021：寄件者和收件者是同一個
錯誤 131021 表示寄件者和收件者是同一個號碼。WhatsApp 不容許商業號碼向自己發送訊息，而原因幾乎總是測試訊息發送至已連接號碼，而不是另一部電話。
為甚麼會發生
因為任何人在連接號碼後，第一件事通常是發送測試訊息，而眼前唯一可用的號碼，就是剛剛連接的那個。這是合理的直覺，但平台會拒絕這種操作。
沒有任何設定可以更改。WhatsApp 一般用戶應用程式支援「給自己留言」功能，但 API 不支援這項功能。
如何正確測試
使用第二個號碼，並仔細確認測試的發送方向。
- 使用個人電話作為測試收件者。除已連接號碼外，任何 WhatsApp 號碼都可以使用。
- 如要自由測試發送，先讓測試號碼向商業帳戶發送訊息，這會開啟 24 小時服務時段。
- 如要在該時段以外測試，請發送已獲批准的訊息範本，這是該時段唯一獲准使用的內容。
- 除非有需要，否則不要只為測試而註冊第二個商業號碼：普通個人號碼已經足夠。
常見錯誤
- 向已連接號碼發送訊息進行測試。平台設計上會拒絕這項操作。
- 以為「給自己留言」可以透過 API 使用。這是不可能的。
- 在客戶尚未先發送訊息的情況下測試自由格式訊息，這會改為因錯誤 131047 而失敗。
