WhatsApp 錯誤 133005：兩步驟驗證 PIN 不正確
錯誤 133005 表示登記時提供的兩步驟驗證 PIN 不正確。這是號碼首次登記時設定的 6 位數字 PIN。重複輸入錯誤內容會鎖定後續嘗試，因此恢復方法比再次嘗試更重要。
PIN 從何而來
您首次為 Cloud API 訊息功能登記號碼時設定 PIN。日後每次重新登記都需要它，包括將號碼遷移至其他帳戶後。
問題就在這段空檔開始。設定時用過一次、之後一年都不需要的 PIN，很少會有人記錄下來，而設定 PIN 的人往往已經離開。錯誤會在您正要遷移或重新登記號碼時出現，這本來就是壓力很大的時刻。
如果沒有人知道 PIN
有方法可以恢復，但比亂猜慢，實際上卻有效。
- 停止猜測。重複失敗會回傳 133008，並在一段時間內鎖定嘗試。
- 使用帳戶層級存取權杖，透過 API 停用兩步驟驗證，然後以新 PIN 重新登記。
- 如果無法使用上述方法，Meta 支援可以重設 PIN，所需時間較長，但不依賴任何人的記憶。
- 恢復後，將新 PIN 儲存在下一位負責人能找到的位置。
下次如何避免
請將 PIN 視為基礎設施，而不是個人資料。它應與帳戶憑證存放在同一處，由企業而非當時負責設定的人管理，並且在該人離開後仍然可用。
不這樣做的代價不是錯誤本身，因為錯誤很容易處理，而是在需要遷移或重新登記正常運作的號碼時無法完成。
常見錯誤
- 重複猜測。這會觸發 133008 並導致鎖定。
- 只將 PIN 儲存在某一個人手上，而不是由企業保存。
- 以為設定後永遠不會再需要 PIN。遷移時需要它。
