WhatsApp 錯誤 130497：不允許收件人所在國家
錯誤 130497 表示您的帳戶不允許向收件人所在國家傳送訊息。這是地域限制，與收件人本身無關，通常反映帳戶限制，而不是請求出錯。
甚麼原因導致國家限制
原因有多個，而且並非全部永久存在。
- 新帳戶或未經驗證的帳戶，在完成商業驗證後限制可能解除。
- Meta 在整個平台套用限制的國家。
- 帳戶在審查或執行措施期間設定的帳戶層面控制。
- 號碼使用錯誤的國家代碼，導致您從未打算傳送訊息的國家出現此錯誤。
先排除格式問題
這是唯一可以自行修正的原因，而且比其他原因更常見。
如果保留電話號碼開首的 0，或省略國家代碼而套用預設值，系統會將號碼解析至與原定不同的國家。傳送訊息時，便會因該國家的限制而失敗。檢查號碼是否採用國際格式、只包含數字，並使用正確的國家代碼，只需一秒，便可排除最可能的原因。
常見錯誤
- 以為問題出在收件人。限制針對您的帳戶及該國家。
- 重試傳送。各次嘗試之間不會有任何變化。
- 跳過格式檢查，這是唯一可由您控制的原因。
