WhatsApp 錯誤 131052：媒體下載失敗
錯誤 131052 表示 Meta 無法下載訊息所附的媒體。問題在於媒體本身，而不是您的請求，因此實際做法是要求對方以其他方式傳送，無需修改程式碼。
為何會發生
因為入站媒體需要另外擷取，而不是直接送達。訊息會攜帶媒體 id，系統再使用它另行取得位元組。
擷取可能因發送者一方的問題而失敗，例如上載未完成、檔案在擷取前已過期，或產生檔案的程序未能保留其格式。這些情況從您的端點無法看見，也不能透過修改請求修復。
應如何處理
把它視為一則收到但缺少附件的訊息，並按照其他不完整輸入處理。
- 記錄訊息，並將媒體標記為無法使用，不要捨棄整個事件。
- 盡快擷取媒體：id 不會永久有效。
- 如有人員介入，請客戶再次傳送，這可解決大部分情況。
- 不要無限重試。如果首次擷取和一次重試都失敗，媒體便不會再送達。
常見錯誤
- 捨棄整則訊息。即使沒有附件，文字和內容仍然有用。
- 收到訊息很久後才擷取媒體。id 會過期。
- 循環重試。擷取失敗後很少會稍後成功。
